This notice covers Eagle Plow’s operator pre-registration website. It explains what this form collects and how to contact us about your information.

What you provide

We collect your first and last name, email address, service areas and snow services. Business name, phone number and work preferences are optional. We also record your contact consent, submission time and the pre-registration offer associated with your registration.

Why we collect it

We use these details to manage operator interest, contact you about the Saint John launch and follow up on your pre-registration and lifetime annual rate. This form does not create an active app account or request payment details.

Storage and access

Registration details are stored in a private database with Hostinger, our website hosting provider. This site is hosted in the United States. Access through the website’s backend is restricted to Eagle Plow’s administrator, who can manage registrations and generate private exports.

Cookies and optional analytics

Essential session cookies and basic technical details, such as IP address and browser information, help the form work and prevent abuse. These are separate from optional analytics.

If Google Analytics is enabled on the registration page, it loads only after you choose “Allow analytics.” The site does not send your registration fields, URL query parameters or fragments to analytics. You can decline analytics and still register, or change your choice using “Analytics preferences” on the registration page. Google may process analytics information outside Canada.

If Google reCAPTCHA is enabled, its security library loads when you begin using the form to help prevent automated abuse. A fresh verification is requested when you submit. Google may receive technical information about your browser or device for this check and process it outside Canada. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

How long we keep your details

If you pre-register but do not join Eagle Plow, we keep your pre-registration details for 12 months after the app launches, then remove them from our active registration records. The 12-month period starts when the app launches, rather than when this website launches.

If you join Eagle Plow, we retain the records needed to manage your operator account and honour your grandfathered annual rate.

Generated or downloaded exports and hosting backups are separate copies. Carrying out this retention policy or a deletion request may require reviewing these copies as well as the registration record.

Your choices and requests

To request access, corrections or deletion, or to withdraw permission for Eagle Plow to contact you, email info@eagleplow.com from the address you registered with.
